Our technical services and support are existing on a Global basis, whether the equipment has been purchased or hired from MESM.

Our service staff are experienced, qualified engineers, working to ISO13485 & ISO9001:9002 standards.

We appreciate that our customers and site staff depend on the reliability of their equipment, therefore the need to rectify any break downs or re-calibrations with speed and efficiency has been identified. On-Site Servicing is now available as well as our initial return to base option.

 

 

As part of our service we will manage equipment maintenance and records contacting you when required. MESM will:

  • Monitor your equipment records.

  • Notify when your next service is due.

  • Organise a mutual beneficial date to carry out the service

  • Updated progress reports on your service, issuing relevant certification upon completion.

When an item of equipment is supplied by MESM we will:

  • Notify you when your next service is due

  • Organise a mutual beneficial date to carry out the service

  • Supply a loan machine if required

  • Update you with progress reports on your service, complete the service and calibration issuing relevant certification

  • Once your equipment is despatched we will notify you with the delivery date


We offer full technical support service from both MESM and our manufacturers enabling users to resolve problems quickly. In the event that a fault is unable to be resolved via telephone, hired units will be replaced within 24 hours and for purchased equipment we are able to supply loan machines, or perform an on-site service.
