MESM have a UK based service department who will monitor, organise and carry out your equipment service, calibration and repair needs. Our service team are fully qualified engineers who work to ISO13485 & ISO9001:9002 standards and have been fully trained by leading manufacturers.

We offer a range of services including:

Functionality test, safety check and calibration
Full annual service cover on a one off or contract basis
Product breakdown repairs
Technical Support
On site or off site equipment maintenance services
Collection, recycling and disposal of equipment at end of life
Field based service engineers

As part of our service we will manage equipment maintenance and records contacting you when required. MESM Will

Monitor your equipment records, producing updated copies for your records
Notify you when your next service is due
Organise a mutual beneficial date to carry out the service
Update you with progress reports on your service, complete the service and calibration issuing relevant certification
Supply a loan machine

When an item of equipment is supplied by MESM we will

Notify you when your next service is due
Organise a mutual beneficial date to carry out the service
Supply a loan machine if required
Update you with progress reports on your service, complete the service and calibration issuing relevant certification
Once your equipment is despatched we will notify you with the delivery date

We understand the importance of having fully functional working equipment therefore any product breakdowns reported will be dealt with on a priority basis. We offer full technical support service from both MESM and our manufacturers enabling users to resolve problems quickly. In the event that a fault is unable to be resolved via telephone, hired units will be replaced within 24 hours and for purchased equipment we are able to supply loan machines
