Q. I want to set up an account with MESM.  What do I do?

Please contact customer services on +44 (0) 1695 721980 who will set up your account.  Please note on first orders payment is required in advance

 

Q. Can I order from MESM if I am based outside the UK?

Yes we offer a worldwide service and can ship or bill to most countries.

 

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by cheque, BACs and credit or debit card.

 

Q. If I have ordered the incorrect item can I return it?

We do accept returns as long as the equipment has not been used and is in the original packaging.  Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.  If you need to return an item please contact customer services on T. +44 (0) 1695 721980 for a good returns form and number.

Q. How do I place an order?

We accept orders via e-mail, fax and telephone.  To place an order we will require the following information:

  • The product(s) you wish to order and quantity
  • The delivery address(s) for the order
  • The billing or invoice address
  • If your company use an order system we will require an order number
  • If we have sent you a quotation we will require the quotation reference.

 

Q. How will my order be shipped?

We use a few different couriers to offer the best service at competitive prices for your order.  We have a range of courier timed deliveries available depending on your requirements. 
If you have your own courier who you want us to use and bill your account please do request this when ordering.

 

Q. Is discount available on our order?

If you are looking for a special price on an item we do offer discount on multiple item orders.  Please contact us on Tel: +44 (0) 1695 721980 for a quotation.

 

Q. What is the warranty on a product?

Most of our equipment is supplied with a 12 month warranty however certain items are supplied with longer.  Please contact us if you require the warranty information for a certain product.
