Features heavy duty all metal construction with stainless steel interior.  Incorporated into the cabinets is a microprocessor digital temperature controller with an alarm that activates what a high or low temperature deviation is sensed.  Adjustable heavy duty wire mesh shelves are fitted that can be removed for ease of cleaning.
