Omron Comfort Replacement Cuff fits upper arms size 22 – 42cm – These new cuffs are supplied with the Omron M7 and M10-IT blood pressure monitors, and fits both normal and large arms. These cuffs do not work with other Omron Blood Pressure Monitors. It is important to measure closely around the centre of the the upper arm to see that the right size cuff is used, otherwise the readings will not be accurate.

Omron Mains Adapter POS fits most Omron upper arm blood pressure monitors except the Omron HEM 907 Professional.
